In Loving Service:
The age old practice of ending every correspondence
 with the initials ILS ( In Loving Service) is the experienced
Twisted Serpents means of misdirection.
The pretense is that he has just busted it off in your ass
due to some devotion to a higher power or personal love for Narcotics Anonymous.

This Twisted Serpent may even truly believe that he/she is not acting on the behalf of his own Ego. These are the most dangerous control freaks among us. When
they have gotten this far from remembering who they are and where they
came from, watch your back, they are capable the most treacherous skullduggery.

Basic Dope-Fiend moves, disrespect and bold faced lies are now rationalized in the name of Loving Service. Any correspondence signed in this manner warrants a second read. The proceeding sentences will often be found to be filled with personal agenda and self complimentary statements. Stay as far away as you can get from
these folks. ILS is not the only fluffy watered down bullshit they will use
to manipulate for their own personal agenda.
 		  

At The Regional Service Level
we dispense with taking a group
conscience or voting.
Unabashed Judgement is the
standard operating proceedure.
Arrogance and Egotism echo throughout these meetings as each Poobah tries to impress the other Poobahs with tales of good deeds
and catchy slogans.
 

 The Freelance Poobah
(those representing no area or group)
These Poobahs have no group conscience to answer to and are
 free to let self-will run riot. By the time they reach these lofty heights
in NA service, the traditions are thought not applicable because their vast experience with manipulating service committees makes them smarter
 than any silly old traditions. The NA primary purpose has mutated into
something unrecognizable for the freelancer.
